Shipping Policy

Where We Ship House of Fitzgerald ships within the United States only, including P.O. Boxes.

Processing Time All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within 2–5 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

P.O. Boxes Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Ground Advantage.

Lost or Delayed Packages Once your order leaves our hands, delivery is managed by USPS. If your package is delayed or marked delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact your local post office with your tracking number. 

Please Note As a small family business, all sales are final. We take great care in packing every order. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
